At my core, I am an organizer who thrives on bringing people together – a connector between organizations, people, ideas, and movements, all with the goal of advancing equity and justice.

I bring 20 years of experience managing multi-sector projects, leadership development, and training in both graduate-level and community spaces. I have been a field director, waiter, union organizer, housekeeper, and faculty member — each role deepening my belief in the power of connection across difference.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, students, and organizations to deepen their commitment to social change. My work is rooted in the belief that transformative systems require equity, compassion, and mutuality at their core.

I am the founder of a small consultancy, Fireweed Consulting, LLC where my offerings focus on these core areas:

• Personal Leadership Development and Coaching: Guiding leaders through one-on-one coaching to align their vision and values, culminating in a purpose statement to anchor their leadership journey.

• Training and Skill Building: Facilitating small-group trainings to navigate power dynamics and conflict, foster collective responsibility, and build workplace leadership skills.

• Personal and Organizational Retreats: Designing and facilitating tailored retreats for connection, reflection, and strategic growth.

• Multi-Sector Project Management: Managing justice-centered initiatives with expertise in early-stage development, strategy mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

Relationships are at the heart of all social change. I prioritize trust-building, mindfulness, and accountability — embracing these as pathways to purpose and transformation.

I live on unceded Ohlone land in Oakland, CA with my partner and kiddo.
