I’m an organizer, educator, and facilitator with 20 years of experience leading projects and developing leaders. I have been a field director, waiter, union organizer, housekeeper, and faculty member — each role deepening my belief in the power of connection across difference. I live on unceded Ohlone land (Oakland, CA) with my partner and kiddo, and I’m committed to building systems rooted in justice, compassion, and mutuality.
why fireweed?
Fireweed is a resilient wildflower that grows after disruption — bringing renewal, regeneration, and strength. Growing up in Alaska, I was surrounded by fireweed blooming across summer landscapes, sending a reminder that life can flourish after disruption. Inspired by this, I help individuals and organizations navigate change, build capacity, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
